Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a same-day appointment? Do you offer walk-in clinic services?

Yes.   Some of our more established providers have very busy schedules, but we usually have one or more provider who is able to see you as an appointment on the same day.  We also offer daily walk-in clinic services.

What is your new patient procedure?

There are a few simple steps you can undertake before coming in for your visit:

  1. Download and print copies of our new patient registration forms. By filling these out in advance of your visit, you will save yourself valuable time.

  2. Plan to bring your insurance card and any applicable co-pay/co-insurance/deductible amount.

  3. Bring a photo ID such as your drivers license.

  4. Bring a list of your current medications for the provider to review.

  5. Please arrive at least 15 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment time in order to record/process your information.

Do I need an appointment to be seen?

NO. We accept Walk-Ins from 7a-8p Monday through Friday, from 8a-12p on Saturdays and 12p-4p on Sundays. We ask that in each case you be signed in 30 minutes prior to close. Please note, our Walk-in clinic is a service which allows those with acute medical needs to be seen and evaluated. For all other medical needs, we prefer you make an appointment whenever possible. Walk-Ins will be seen on a first come first serve basis. Wait times may vary, however it is our goal to see Walk-in patients within one hour of their arrival.

I need to speak with my Doctor, what should I do?

First, if you are experiencing an emergency please call 911 or go immediately to the nearest emergency room. If you have a routine question please take a moment to utilize our online messaging system. You may also contact us at (601) 261-5710. A staff member will process your question/request and the nurse will contact you with an answer. Please provide the best possible phone number where you can be reached. We make every attempt to return all calls the same day. At times, however, our call volume can get so high that your call may not be returned until the next business day. Calls received after 3pm will be returned the following business day.

If there is more than one Provider seeing Walk-Ins, can I choose the one I wish to see?

YES. If there is more than one provider seeing Walk-Ins we do allow patients to request the provider they wish to see. However, please be aware by limiting the number of providers you are willing to see to a specific one, your wait time may increase. Feel free to ask our receptionist for additional details when you sign in.

How do I request a prescription refill?

You can request your prescription refill one of two ways.

  1. Request your refill online through our patient portal.

  2. Contact us at (601) 261-5710. Select Option 2. This refill line is checked several times a day. Please leave your name, date of birth, medicine needed, and pharmacy name. We have a number of clinic policies regarding prescription refills, please take a moment to review them if you have any questions.

Please note that we do not do routine refills on weekends.

What is your policy on controlled medication refills?

Prescriptions for controlled medications are pick-up only. There is a 24-hour wait time before your prescription can be picked up at our facility. Feel free to contact our office at (601) 261-5710 in advance to confirm your prescription is ready for pick-up. Please review our clinic policies regarding prescription refills if you have any questions.
